Please read these Terms carefully before making any booking, inquiry, purchase, reservation, or using the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, submitting an inquiry, creating a booking request, making a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, “Sunday Stories”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the legal entity or individual identified above.

Sunday Stories does not always act in the same legal capacity for every travel product shown on the Website.

Depending on the specific product, Sunday Stories may act as:

(a) Direct operator
where we organize, manage, and/or operate the experience ourselves;

(b) Intermediary / agent
where we market, curate, facilitate, arrange, resell, or process bookings for a third-party operator, supplier, guide, venue, transport provider, retreat host, stable, hotel, wellness provider, or other travel service provider; or

(c) Referral / affiliate partner
where we introduce you to a third party and your contract is made directly with that third party or on that third party’s booking platform.

The legal role for each product matters. Your contract may be:

  • with Sunday Stories, or
  • with the relevant third-party operator, or
  • partly with each party depending on the structure of the booking.

Where required, the product page, booking flow, checkout page, confirmation email, invoice, or voucher will identify:

  • the operating provider
  • the merchant of record
  • whether Sunday Stories is acting as principal, agent, or referral partner

If Sunday Stories is acting only as an intermediary / agent or referral partner, we do not become the operator of the activity merely because the booking was discovered, requested, paid for, or discussed through our Website.

3. Eligibility to Use the Website

You may use the Website and make a booking only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • you have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
  • you are authorized to act for all travelers included in the booking
  • you accept these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of all travelers in your party

If you book for multiple travelers, you confirm that:

  • you have authority to bind each traveler to these Terms
  • each traveler has been informed of the relevant trip conditions, restrictions, risks, and policies
  • you are responsible for forwarding all trip documents, updates, warnings, and requirements to them

  • subject to supplier confirmation

5. Product Information and Accuracy

We aim to ensure that all descriptions, photographs, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, timings, prices, safety notes, rider levels, accommodation details, availability information, and destination information are accurate at the time of publication.

However:

  • travel products are dynamic
  • local conditions may change
  • third-party suppliers may amend their services
  • availability may change between inquiry and confirmation
  • images are illustrative and may not depict every exact detail
  • routes, horses, guides, instructors, accommodations, vehicles, meal arrangements, wellness practitioners, venues, and supporting elements may change without materially altering the essential nature of the trip

  • pricing errors
  • content errors
  • availability errors
  • typographical mistakes
  • obvious inaccuracies

If a material error affects your booking, we may offer correction, re-confirmation, alternative arrangements, or cancellation with refund as required by applicable law.

6. Booking Process

A booking request, inquiry, payment, or reservation submission does not automatically create a confirmed booking.

A booking becomes binding only when:

  • the relevant availability is confirmed
  • any required deposit or payment is received
  • the booking is accepted by Sunday Stories and/or the relevant operator
  • written confirmation is issued

We may decline any inquiry or booking request at our discretion, including where:

  • availability is unavailable

The merchant of record may be:

  • Sunday Stories
  • a third-party operator
  • a third-party booking platform
  • a payment processor acting on behalf of one of the above

Payment being collected by Sunday Stories does not by itself mean Sunday Stories is the legal operator of the experience.

Unless expressly included, the price does not include:

We reserve the right to correct manifest or obvious pricing errors. If such an error affects your booking, we may cancel the booking and refund sums paid, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7.5 Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate an unjustified chargeback. Before initiating any chargeback, you must contact us in good faith and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.

Where a chargeback is raised improperly, we reserve all rights to provide evidence to the payment provider and recover losses, fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses where permitted by law.

8. Deposits, Balances, and Failure to Pay

Where a deposit is permitted:

  • the deposit secures your booking subject to the applicable cancellation terms
  • the balance must be paid by the due date shown in your booking documents

If you fail to pay any balance by the due date, we may:

  • cancel the booking
  • treat the booking as canceled by you
  • retain deposits or cancellation charges in accordance with the applicable policy
  • release the inventory
  • refuse travel documents or final confirmations

9. Cancellations by the Traveler

All cancellations must be requested in writing by the lead traveler.

Cancellation rights and charges vary by product and may depend on:

  • whether Sunday Stories is the direct operator or intermediary
  • the underlying operator’s rules
  • accommodation terms
  • transport terms
  • custom/bespoke nature
  • seasonality
  • special event dates
  • non-refundable components already purchased
  • timing before departure
  • whether the experience is private, made-to-order, or limited-capacity

The cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be:

  • stated on the product page and/or

  • arrive late
  • leave early
  • fail to attend
  • lack required documents
  • are denied boarding or entry
  • are unfit to participate
  • breach local rules or operator safety rules

10. Changes Requested by the Traveler

If you request any change to a confirmed booking, including a change of date, name, rooming, activity, traveler details, transport, or other element, we will try to assist but cannot guarantee that any change can be made.

Any change may be subject to:

  • supplier approval,
  • availability,
  • repricing,
  • additional taxes or charges,
  • third-party amendment fees,
  • administrative fees, and
  • cancellation charges where the requested amendment is treated by the relevant supplier as a cancellation and rebooking.

Sunday Stories is not responsible for any loss arising from the unavailability of a requested amendment.

11. Cancellations or Changes by Sunday Stories or the Operator

Travel arrangements may need to be changed or canceled due to circumstances including operational limits, minimum numbers not being met, safety issues, weather, natural events, political instability, local restrictions, supplier failure, transport disruption, accommodation issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where Sunday Stories is the direct operator, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes before or after booking where necessary to perform the trip safely and lawfully.

Where Sunday Stories acts as intermediary or agent, the relevant operator reserves the right to change or cancel its services, and Sunday Stories may pass through such changes to you.

If a material change or cancellation occurs before departure, the remedy offered will depend on:

  • the nature of the product,
  • whether Sunday Stories is the direct operator or intermediary,
  • the applicable supplier terms,
  • whether mandatory law provides non-excludable rights.

Where legally and contractually available, remedies may include:

  • acceptance of the change,
  • an alternative experience,
  • credit,
  • partial refund,
  • full refund of sums paid for the affected service only.

Except where required by mandatory law, Sunday Stories is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellation or change, including loss of enjoyment, disappointment, wasted expenditure, exchange losses, onward reservations, flights, visas, equipment hire, or other connected arrangements booked independently by you.

12. Force Majeure / Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances

Sunday Stories shall not be liable for any failure, delay, change, interruption, suspension, underperformance, or cancellation caused directly or indirectly by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • war,
  • threat of war,
  • terrorism,
  • civil unrest,
  • riot,
  • sanctions,
  • labor disputes,
  • epidemic or pandemic events,
  • border closures,
  • government restrictions,
  • weather events,
  • fire,
  • flood,
  • earthquake,
  • landslide,
  • natural disaster,
  • transport failure,
  • utility failure,
  • supplier insolvency,
  • animal illness or animal welfare restrictions,
  • trail or route closures,
  • safety decisions made in good faith.

Where such circumstances affect travel, Sunday Stories may suspend, modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the affected service.

Where the law gives the traveler mandatory cancellation or refund rights in such circumstances, those rights remain unaffected. The Georgian due diligence memo specifically notes that tourists may have fee-free termination rights in the event of unavoidable and exceptional circumstances for package travel.

13. Health, Fitness, Skill, and Participation Requirements

Many experiences offered through Sunday Stories involve physical activity, remote environments, variable conditions, animals, unfamiliar terrain, transport, or wellness practices. Some experiences may therefore be unsuitable for certain persons.

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your party are medically, physically, emotionally, and practically fit to participate.

You must disclose before booking any matter that may affect safe participation, including:

  • medical conditions,
  • pregnancy,
  • allergies,
  • mobility issues,
  • riding limitations,
  • relevant injuries,
  • dietary restrictions where material,
  • mental health considerations affecting participation,
  • height/weight or age restrictions where requested,
  • language assistance needs.

We and/or the relevant operator may refuse participation where, in our reasonable judgment, participation would be unsafe, unsuitable, or inconsistent with the published requirements.

No refund is required where participation is refused because you failed to disclose relevant information or failed to meet stated requirements.

14. Special Rules for Horseback, Adventure, Rural, Water, and Wellness Experiences

By booking or participating in any horseback, rural, outdoor, water-based, hiking, adventure, movement, thermal, spa, ceremony, or wellness experience, you acknowledge that such activities may involve inherent risks, including:

  • falls,
  • kicks, bites, or animal unpredictability,
  • uneven terrain,
  • road or trail conditions,
  • weather changes,
  • remoteness,
  • drowning risks,
  • equipment failure,
  • physical strain,
  • allergic reactions,
  • illness,
  • injury,
  • permanent disability,
  • death.

Some risks cannot be eliminated without fundamentally changing the nature of the experience.

You agree to:

  • follow all instructions from guides, hosts, riders, instructors, and operators,
  • use equipment properly,
  • comply with rider-level rules, weight limits, sobriety rules, and safety instructions,
  • stop participation if instructed to do so for safety reasons.

Separate waivers, acknowledgements, or assumption-of-risk forms may be required by Sunday Stories or the relevant operator. Completion of such forms may be a condition of participation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Passports, Visas, Entry Rules, and Traveler Insurance

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying:

  • valid passports,
  • visas,
  • consents for minors,
  • vaccination or health documentation,
  • travel authorizations,
  • entry permits,
  • re-entry permissions,
  • and any other required documents.

Sunday Stories does not guarantee entry into any country or access to any activity.

For travel involving Georgia, travelers may be subject to legal entry requirements, including health and accident insurance requirements. Your due diligence memo states that from 1 January 2026, tourists entering Georgia are generally required to carry health and accident insurance with minimum coverage of 30,000 GEL, subject to certain exceptions.

You are responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable requirements before travel.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. For certain products, proof of insurance may be mandatory before confirmation or participation.

16. Third-Party Operators and Supplier Responsibility

Where a product is operated by a third party, that operator is responsible for the performance of its own services, subject always to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Where Sunday Stories acts as an intermediary, curator, booking facilitator, or agent:

  • we do not own, manage, or control all third-party operators,
  • we cannot guarantee the continuous acts or omissions of those operators,
  • we may rely on information provided by those operators,
  • additional supplier terms may apply to your booking.

Where supplier terms apply, you agree to be bound by them in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, mandatory law prevails, and otherwise the more specific product or supplier terms may govern the relevant service.

Your due diligence memo notes that under Georgian tourism law, statutory protections for tourists cannot be excluded merely by calling the trader an intermediary where the law treats the arrangement as package travel or linked travel services.

Accordingly, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.

17. Compliance With Local Laws and Operator Instructions

You must comply with:

  • all applicable laws,
  • entry rules,
  • customs rules,
  • health rules,
  • stable rules,
  • safety protocols,
  • venue policies,
  • transport rules,
  • accommodation rules,
  • instructions of the guide or operator.

We and/or the operator may terminate your participation without refund if your conduct is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, intoxicated, disruptive, or likely to endanger any person, animal, property, or the trip itself.

You will be responsible for losses, costs, damage, fines, penalties, claims, and expenses caused by your conduct.

18. Accuracy of Information Provided by You

You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete, including:

  • names matching passports,
  • dates of birth,
  • nationality,
  • contact details,
  • medical disclosures where relevant,
  • rider level and experience,
  • emergency contacts,
  • special requirements.

Sunday Stories is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

19. Complaints and Duty to Notify Problems Promptly

If you experience any issue during travel or participation, you must notify the relevant operator and Sunday Stories as soon as reasonably possible so that a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy the issue is provided.

Failure to report a problem promptly may reduce or extinguish any entitlement to remedy where the delay has prejudiced the ability to investigate or correct the matter.

This reflects the due diligence memo’s note that tourists are expected to report deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

(a) Sunday Stories excludes liability for:

  • indirect loss,
  • consequential loss,
  • loss of enjoyment,
  • disappointment,
  • lost profits,
  • lost opportunity,
  • reputational loss,
  • wasted travel costs booked independently,
  • currency fluctuation losses.

(b) Where Sunday Stories acts only as intermediary or referral partner, our liability is limited to losses directly caused by our own proven negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct in the booking facilitation services actually provided by us.

(c) Where Sunday Stories is not the direct operator, we are not liable for personal injury, death, property loss, delay, cancellation, or operational failure caused by the acts or omissions of independent third-party operators except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

(d) In any event, and except where law prohibits such limitation, Sunday Stories’ total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with any booking shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Sunday Stories for the relevant booking or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • fraud,
  • fraudulent misrepresentation,
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded,
  • any matter for which exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

21. Consumer Law Savings Clause

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any right or remedy that you have under mandatory consumer protection law, tourism law, package travel law, linked travel services law, insolvency protection law, or other non-waivable legal rule.

If any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with mandatory law, that provision shall be interpreted and enforced to the minimum extent necessary to make it compliant, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

This clause matters in your case because the due diligence memo states that contractual terms attempting to limit or exclude tourist rights under the relevant Georgian tourism provisions are invalid.

22. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, branding, logos, curation, design, graphics, images, editorial content, and compilation, is owned by or licensed to Sunday Stories unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, scrape, copy, republish, distribute, exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial use reasonably necessary to make a booking inquiry or reservation.

23. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You agree that Sunday Stories may collect, use, store, and share personal data as reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to inquiries,
  • process bookings,
  • communicate with operators,

  • manage support and complaints,
  • prevent fraud,
  • operate the Website and Services.

Where necessary to fulfil your booking, your data may be shared with third-party operators, accommodations, transport providers, guides, payment processors, insurers, technology providers, and professional advisers.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from other travelers whose personal data you provide to us.

24. Electronic Communications and Records

You agree that communications, notices, consents, acknowledgements, waivers, invoices, confirmations, and booking records may be provided electronically.

Electronic acceptance, digital tick-box acceptance, or other electronic confirmation methods may be used as evidence that you accepted:

  • these Terms,
  • applicable cancellation terms,
  • operator terms,
  • risk notices,
  • waiver wording,
  • destination requirements.

25. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend, withdraw, restrict, or modify all or part of the Website without notice.

26. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • misuse the Website,
  • use false identities,
  • make speculative or fraudulent bookings,
  • interfere with Website security,
  • transmit malicious code,
  • scrape or harvest data,
  • copy inventory or content for commercial reuse,
  • make bookings for resale without permission,
  • use the Website unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in another jurisdiction applies. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or incompatible with mandatory law, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder shall continue in effect.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable product page, cancellation terms, booking confirmation, any operator-specific conditions, waiver documents, and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Sunday Stories relating to the relevant booking or Website use.
