Highlights

• Begin your journey with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to our family farm and the rich world of Tuscan truffles. You'll learn the essentials of truffle care — how to clean them, pair them, and bring out their full flavor in traditional recipes.
• In the kitchen, you’ll prepare a variety of truffle-infused dishes, starting with bruschetta topped with Lardo di Colonnata or Tuscan bacon and fresh truffle slices. Then, you’ll craft a classic first course of handmade Tuscan pasta like pici or tagliatelle, followed by a second course featuring meat with fresh truffle and a seasonal side. To finish, you’ll create a delicious truffle-inspired dessert.
• The experience concludes with a relaxing moment in one of our private rooms or in the garden, where you'll enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, paired with tastings of our organic and biodynamic wines and extra virgin olive oils.
