Depending on the weather, wind, and tide, your route will take you along either the Viking Road to Gimsøy Church or toward the rugged coastline of Vik and Årstrand. Ride across long stretches of sandy beaches, past open fields, and through peaceful countryside with incredible mountain views. Enjoy a light lunch outdoors with your horse by your side before continuing the journey. This full-day ride is designed for experienced riders who want a true adventure and a deeper connection with their horse.

Know Before You Go

• Experience Level: Advanced riders only (must be confident in all gaits and controlling a horse in open terrain)
• Weight Limit: 95 kg (for the well-being of the horses)
• Age Limit:
• 8 years and above to ride alone
• Under 8 years: may join with an additional guide (+750 NOK)
• Under 5 years: pony hire available
• Experienced riders: 14 years and above
• Group Size: Small groups for a personalized experience
• What to Bring: Warm clothing, camera, and a sense of adventure
